The 2010 Polish Figure Skating Championships ((ポーランド語:Mistrzostwa Polski w łyżwiarstwie figurowym 2009/2010)) were the Polish Figure Skating Championships of the 2009/2010 figure skating season. The Polish Championships are held annually to determined the National Champions of Poland. The 2010 Championships were held in three parts : * the Senior-level competition was held as a part of 2010 Three Nationals Figure Skating Championships, in December 2009, * the Juniors fought in Opole, between February 5 and February 7, 2010. Children from Gold and Silver categories had their ''Cup of Poland'' competition (equivalent of Polish National Championships) at the same time, as well as Novice Synchro, * the Novice skaters skated in Cieszyn during the ''Three Nationals Championships'' but only Ice Dancers started internationally. ==Senior level results== ::''See the main article : 2010 Czech, Slovak, and Polish Figure Skating Championships'' The three national championships were held simultaneously. The results were then split by country. The top three placing Czech skaters were the Czech national podium. The top three placing Slovak skaters were the Slovak national podium. The top three placing Polish skaters were the Polish national podium.
